Not all products from a company are necessarily certified kosher. Please check the label of every product you buy. Also, some companies that we certify only produce ingredients used in other products. These may then be sold retail by a different company and be certified kosher by a different agency than Kosher Supervisors of Wisconsin.


Regarding certification:
Each company requires a different style and level of supervision. Depending on the product and the complexity of the process of producing it, the supervision will be more or less detailed. Another factor is the frequency of the development of new products. Each must be assessed for its contents and production method.
